Florence — Day 1
Land in Florence, Tuscany’s capital city and unwind from your travels in your four-star hotel on the historic Santa Maria Novella piazza.

Chianti — Day 2 & 3
After a night in Florence, you will be privately transferred to Panzano, an enchanting village located in the splendid Chianti countryside. We’ll stop in for lunch at Antica Mac Dario, a local restaurant owned by the famous Cecchini butcher of Panzano. http://www.dariocecchini.com/index_eng.html

Siena & Montalcino – Day 4 & 5 & 6
Off to San Gimignano where you will delight in lunch and a tasting at Poggio Alloro, a wine-producing farm overlooking the famous San Gimignano towers.
From there you will transfer to your farmhouse estate in Tuscany, Fattoria del Colle, in time to supper on local cuisine and exquisite wine.

The next day you will tour Fattoria del Colle’s vineyards and winery and then feast your way through a wine tasting lunch. Spend a relaxing afternoon honing your skills in the kitchen followed by a long, lavish supper.
The next day you’ll visit Montalcino, a small hill town surrounded by walls and olive groves. Stroll around town stopping in at the Monte Oliveto Monastery, and relish in a wine tasting lunch served at Casato Prime Donne, a Brunello producing farm. After more sightseeing, we will deliver you back to Fattoria del Colle.

Umbria – Day 7 & 8
Today we will head to Umbria and on the way partake in a wine tasting in the famous hill town, Montepulciano. From there we will tour Perugia, Umbria’s capital city and then dine at il Caffé di Perugia. After dinner we will transport you to back to your estate for the night. On our final day we’ll head out to Assisi, a town dominated by two medieval castles. Stop in for a wine tasting lunch at a family owned winery and then visit Bevagna and Deruta for gorgeous pottery. Spend your final night collaborating on one final supper to show off your mastery of Tuscan cooking.

Day 9 — Arrivederci or extend your trip to Rome or Venice.
